Agrupación de Cooperativas “Valle del Jerte” is strongly committed to Research, Development and Innovation (R + D + i), constituting a fundamental value in the development and growth of the company.

Thanks to continuous research, it has been possible to develop individual solutions adapted to the improvement of production and manufacturing processes, technological innovation through new equipment, communication systems and computer programs, in order to find the highest quality and obtain products at the height of our brand.

The R + D + i Department has been consolidated in recent years maintaining an active research activity being part of different projects, among which are:

INTEGRAL OPTIMIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF CHERRIES AND THEIR DERIVATIVES.

Project with partially reimbursable aid granted by CDTI: La Agrupación de Cooperativas Valle del Jerte as been granted a project funded by CDTI, under the title  “INTEGRAL OPTIMIZATION OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF CHERRIES AND THEIR DERIVATIVES”

Total amount of the approved aid 452,834.74 €, 80% co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development – EAFRD

OPERATIONAL GROUP ABOUT AVAILABILITY OF PHYTOSANITARIES AND CONTROL STRATEGIES INTEGRATED IN CEREZO.

The Operative Groups are key elements in the development of the European Partnership for Innovation in terms of agricultural productivity and sustainability.

FITOSCEREZO is destined to promote productive and sustainable agriculture, with the objective of shortening the distance that exists between the research community and the agri-food and forestry sector, in theprocess of obtaining the availability of phytosanitary and control strategies for the development of the cultivation of cherry.
